By subscribing to WithCare, you agree to the following terms:

Billing
Your subscription will be charged at the selected rate (monthly or yearly) starting from the date of purchase. Payments are processed automatically.

What’s Included
Your plan includes a set number of personalised cards or gift boxes per year, depending on your chosen package. Each item is prepared and sent based on the information you provide.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our service, refunds are not available once a gift has been prepared or sent.

Service
WithCare manages and sends gifts on your behalf based on the details you provide. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by external delivery services.

Changes to Service
We may update or improve our service over time while maintaining the overall value of your subscription.
